Kidney Connect Support Group - Thunder Bay

For those living with kidney disease, life has its special challenges....

The Kidney Foundation of Canada, Ontario Branch and the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, Renal Program are now offering a monthly support group. The support group, facilitated by Kidney Connect Peer Support Volunteers, is an opportunity for you to come out to meet and talk with others who have "been there" too.

People living with chronic kidney disease, including those diagnosed with CKD, on dialysis, transplanted, considering transplant, family members or caregivers are welcome.
